Effective 23 September 2026
01Who we are
Track (“Track”, “we”, “us”) is a nutrition and workout tracking web app operated by Seif Slama (Seif Studios), Arab Republic of Egypt. You can reach us at seifeldenslama@gmail.com.
02Your account
You need an account to use Track. You sign in with Google or with an email and password, and you are responsible for keeping access to that account safe.
Give accurate information, use Track for yourself, and don't try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service or access other members' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
03Free trial
Every new account gets 30 days of full access for free, with no payment details required. When the trial ends, the app asks you to activate a membership to keep using it. Everything you logged stays saved in your account.
04Membership and prices
A membership costs 149 EGP per month (charged as $3 when paying through PayPal). Current packages — 1 month: 149 EGP (or $3 through PayPal) · 3 months: 399 EGP (or $8 through PayPal). The price shown is the full price you pay; when paying in dollars, your bank may add its own currency-conversion fee.
One-off packages (paid by card through Paymob, or through a PayPal payment link) give access for the period bought and do not renew on their own.
The PayPal monthly subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments are processed by Paymob and PayPal. We never see or store your card number. We may change prices for future periods; any change is announced on the site before it applies to you.
05Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable once your membership is activated. Billing mistakes (a duplicate charge, or a payment that never activated your account) are always put right — see the Refund Policy.
06Health disclaimer
Track gives general fitness and nutrition information. Calorie targets, food values and exercise guidance are estimates and are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or a qualified professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, or have a medical condition. You use Track at your own risk.
07Your content
The meals, workouts, recipes and measurements you log belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
08Availability and changes
We work to keep Track available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
09Ending your account
You can stop using Track at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing seifeldenslama@gmail.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If we update them, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
