Include the email on your Track account and the payment reference from Paymob or PayPal, and tell us what happened. Charged but not activated, or charged twice? That's always fixed — see the Refund Policy.
03Deleting your data
Email us from the address on your account and we delete your account and everything in it within 14 days. More in the Privacy Policy.
